COLINS was founded by Henry Dalgleish, who grew up in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia. After undergoing life-saving stoma surgery in 2020, Henry faced a challenge shared by many in the stoma community: finding clothes that offered both comfort and style.

During his recovery, clothing became an important tool for rebuilding confidence, but existing options never truly met his needs as a person with a stoma. Trying to look good and feel confident meant that he wore clothes, particularly pants, that were uncomfortable. And, to be comfortable came at the expense of looking good.

By 2024, when his stoma became permanent, Henry decided to create a solution:

“Why should I compromise on comfort for style, or vice-versa?”

So, the idea of COLINS was born: Combining thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship on high-quality and durable materials, to create a line of pants for people with stomas to help bring their full, confident selves to each and every day in elevated style and ultimate comfort.

Each pair of pants is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of people with stomas, ensuring that people with stomas never have to choose between looking good and feeling good.
